Send email without getting sucked into your inbox

Zend is a true send-only email client—compose, hit send, and stay out of the inbox. Gmail support is live today; Outlook, IMAP, and custom domains are on the way.
Why Zend?
Stay in flow
Summon Zend with a hotkey, type what you need to say, press send, and get back to the thing you were doing—no inbox detours.
Outbox only
There is no inbox, badge, or infinite list to catch your attention. Zend opens to a blank canvas and closes the moment your note is on its way.
Built for speed
Save subject lines, signatures, and common contacts so you can send the same message in a few keystrokes. Zend remembers the boring bits.
Use your real inbox account
Connect your Gmail account today and Zend sends using your actual address. Outlook, IMAP, and custom domains are next on the roadmap.
How it works
1. Launch the composer
Open Zend from the dock, menu bar, or a global shortcut to get a blank canvas in under a second.
2. Write and send
Type your message, add a subject, and hit send. Saved signatures and snippets are on the roadmap, but the core compose experience is ready today.
3. Keep moving
Zend sends instantly. Close the window when you're done; auto-close and delivery logs are coming soon.

Quick Cc/Bcc toggles
Reveal Cc or Bcc only when you need them, keeping the composer clean the rest of the time.
Signatures that stick
Save and reuse signatures per account so every send feels deliberate.

Use the paperclip to add files or images today—drag & drop is coming soon.
Pinned recipients
Coming soonKeep your go-to contacts at the top so To/Cc combos are ready in one tap.

Questions, answered
Does Zend show my inbox?
No. Zend is intentionally send-only. Compose your message, hit Send, and stay out of the inbox. Close the window when you’re done—auto-close is on the roadmap.
Does Zend work with Google Workspace (Gsuite)?
Yes. Zend connects to both personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts via the same secure OAuth flow—no extra setup required.
Which email providers do you support?
Gmail works today through a secure OAuth connection. Outlook, IMAP (Fastmail, Hey, custom domains), and additional providers are coming next—join the waitlist to vote on priorities.
Can I switch between multiple addresses?
Yes. Add multiple Gmail addresses or aliases and pick the right From address from the dropdown before you send. Broader provider support will follow.
What happens after I hit send?
Zend sends your email through Gmail immediately. You'll find it in the Sent folder of your real inbox—delivery receipts and auto-close will arrive in a future update.
Is my data private?
All drafts, signatures, and account tokens stay on your Mac. We never store or index your messages—Zend simply passes them through to Gmail, the provider you already trust.
Do you support scheduling or follow-up reminders?
Scheduling and gentle nudge reminders are in active exploration. The initial release focuses on the fastest path from idea to sent email; we’ll share updates with the waitlist first.
